  • Who founded REKOOP?

    • REKOOP was co-founded by former professional athlete and sports scientist Diana Kraemer, who has formed a team of experts in holistic healthcare all united by a vision to create a sanctuary that melds ancient healing traditions with modern science to foster physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • What wellness treatments does REKOOP offer?

    • REKOOP offers a variety of wellness treatments including, but not limited to, Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Saunas, Ice Baths, Lymphatic Compression Suits, and Red Light Therapy.

 

  • How does REKOOP personalise wellness experiences?

    • REKOOP personalises wellness experiences through comprehensive consultations and assessments conducted by our wellness specialists. Based on your unique health profile, lifestyle factors, and wellness goals, we tailor a bespoke wellness journey that suits your needs.

  • How do I book treatments or services at REKOOP?

    • Treatments can booked through REKOOP's website, a mobile app available for both Android and iOS devices, or by calling our Club Concierge directly for a personalised booking experience.

 

  • Who are the wellness professionals at REKOOP?

    • Our wellness professionals include certified therapists, experienced holistic health practitioners, renowned yoga and meditation instructors, and specialists in modern wellness technologies, all dedicated to providing exceptional care and guidance.

  • Can I book consultations with wellness experts at REKOOP?

    • Yes, consultations with our wellness experts can be booked to assess your health and wellness needs, discuss your goals, and develop a customised wellness plan tailored just for you.

  • What philosophy do we follow? 

    • Through employing a holistic 8 pillar approach, we address every aspect of health and wellness for peak performance and everyday output. We call this REKOOP The Optimal 8™. This is our own proprietary framework for helping individuals achieve and maintain a high-quality life and overall longevity. 

  • What ages do you accommodate for?

    • You must be 18 years old or older to use the services of REKOOP. Our services are designed for adults. ​

MEMBERSHIPS & ACCESS 

  • How many months do I need to commit to when I sign up for Founding Membership? Is it yearly or monthly?

    • All of our membership offerings are month-to-month and there is no minimum period. However, we do offer a 1-month free option for pre-paid memberships of 12-months.

  • When is the starting date for the Founding Membership?

    • If you signed up for our Founding Membership before 1 June, 2024, your billing start date will be 1 June, 2024, and you will be charged monthly thereafter.

 

  • What is the policy of the Guest Passes for Founding Members?

    • Guest passes are intended for member’s guests only and cannot be used as additional sessions for the Member.

  • What’s the difference between Founding and Resident Membership?

    • The Founding Membership is a limited-time offer for a select number of members with exclusive benefits for early sign-up. These include: 

      • UNLIMITED cryotherapy as long as the membership is active

      • 4 x REKOOP cutting-edge-technology sessions per month

      • 3 x complimentary guest passes for Cryo Ice Therapy / Ice Baths & Breath-work / Infrared Saunas per month

      • 4 x Biohacking drinks per month

  • The Resident Membership is our standard ongoing membership with access to services and facilities. These include:

  • How do I book treatments or services at REKOOP?

    • From 1 June, 2024 treatments can be booked through REKOOP's website, a mobile app available for Android and iOS devices, or by calling our Wellness Concierge for a personalised booking experience.

 

  • Are there any discounts or promotions for new members?

    • Our current offer is one month free with a 12-month upfront commitment. For more information, please contact home@rekoop.asia

 

  • Are there à la carte options or is membership required?

    • REKOOP offers both à la carte options and membership plans to suit different needs and preferences. You do not need to be a member to enjoy our services, but membership provides enhanced benefits and value.

  • Is it possible to have a visit to the club before I commit to the Founding Membership?

    • The club will be open for tours starting from 1 June onwards. We’d be delighted to arrange a visit for you to tour the club and experience our facilities once we open.

  • Is there a minimum membership contract period?

    • All of our membership offerings, including the Founding Membership, are month-to-month, so there is no long-term commitment required.

 

  • Is there any schedule of activities? Apart from the listed activities, does the club provide any classes?

    • Yes, we have a schedule of activities that includes a variety of wellness treatments and services. While the specific classes are yet to be finalised, we plan to offer a range of classes to complement our facilities. You can find the most up-to-date schedule on our website or by speaking with our Wellness Concierge.

 

  • Is there an additional fee typically applied to use facilities beyond the membership fee? If so, what items and what are the fees?

    • Your membership fee covers most of our wellness treatments and services that are included in the membership offering. However, some premium services may have additional charges. Please refer to our website or contact our Wellness Concierge for a detailed list of services and associated fees.

  • Are there other options if I want more flexibility?

    • Absolutely! We offer month-to-month membership options to provide maximum flexibility for our members. If a monthly membership doesn't suit your needs, we also have an à la carte option available. Please contact our Wellness Concierge to discuss the best plan for you.

  • What happens when travelling abroad or moving?

    • If you need to pause your membership due to travel or other reasons, you can do so by contacting our Wellness Concierge. For members who move abroad, please discuss your situation with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How can I become a member of REKOOP?

    • Membership inquiries can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person at our club. Our team will guide you through the membership options and the simple application process.

 

  • What are the benefits of REKOOP’s membership?

    • Membership benefits include exclusive access to our cutting-edge wellness technologies, preferred rates on all services and treatments, priority booking, and special event and workshop invitations and access to exclusive community events. 

  • Are there ​​à la carte options or is membership required?

    • REKOOP offers both à la carte options and membership plans to suit different needs and preferences. You do not need to be a member to enjoy our services, but membership provides enhanced benefits and value.

  • What are the membership fees at REKOOP?

    • Membership fees vary based on the level of access and benefits desired. Please contact us directly or view packages on our website for detailed information on our membership tiers and pricing.

 

  • What if I’m late for my appointment?

    • We strive to accommodate late arrivals as much as our schedule allows, but we cannot guarantee full appointments for latecomers. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be cancelled without a refund.

  • Are there any discounts or promotions for new members?

    • Yes, we occasionally offer special promotions and discounts for new members. Please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on current offers.

 

  • Does REKOOP offer corporate or group memberships?

    • Yes, we offer tailored corporate and group membership packages designed to support the wellness needs of teams and organisations. Contact our Wellness Concierge for more information.

  • Can I host private events or team-building activities at REKOOP?

    • Absolutely! REKOOP is an ideal venue for private events, team-building activities, and wellness retreats. Contact us to discuss how we can help plan your event.

  • Is REKOOP exclusively for members?

    • No, REKOOP is not exclusively for members. We welcome non-members to enjoy our wellness services and treatments on an à la carte basis, although membership offers a greater value and enhanced experience.

  • What should I wear?

    • Comfortable loungewear is the preferred choice for most guests, but you're welcome to enjoy our offerings in regular work or street attire as well. For the Ice Baths, please bring a swimsuit. Swimwear is also suitable for infrared saunas. We provide clean towels, bathrobe and slippers for your convenience.

  • Are there locker rooms or showers available?

    • We offer showers for guests and members using our private infrared sauna suites only. While locker rooms are not available, we provide cubbies and small lockers for personal items during your visit.
